Power-Up Software is an indie game development studio operating from an undisclosed location in Northern Europe. Our goal is to build our games on our own engine technology using only free software, leaving us unbound by any license, EULA, or code of conduct that comes from engines like Unreal Engine, Unity, or GameMaker.

Our aesthetics are that of yesteryear when graphics were pixelated and the sound was bleeps and bloops, but without the limitations of the hardware of the time. We can have more frames of animation, more parallax layers, more music, more simultaneous multiplayer, and pixel-perfect collision detection.
Our logo is a soda can because it represents a real-life power-up and "power-ups" is a well-established term in the gaming world.
